Terms and Conditions for Mujawwad (Beta)

1. Nature of the Beta Service

Mujawwad is currently in a Beta testing phase. This means the application, including its recitation feedback and Tajweed analysis features, is still under active development.

• "As Is" Basis: The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, the AI model identifying Tajweed mistakes may produce errors, incorrect feedback, or false positives. Mujawwad is an educational tool meant to assist learning and should not fully replace the guidance of a qualified, human Quran teacher.

2. User Content and Audio Recordings

By using Mujawwad and reciting into the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your audio recordings are uploaded to our servers to provide you with immediate feedback.
• You grant Mujawwad a perpetual, non-exclusive right to store and use these anonymous audio recordings to train and improve our artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
• Because the data is completely anonymous and unlinked to any personal identity, we cannot fulfill requests to delete specific audio files once they are processed into our training datasets.

3. Acceptable Use

Mujawwad is designed for the sacred purpose of learning and reciting the Holy Quran. You agree to use the application respectfully and solely for its intended educational purposes. Attempting to reverse-engineer the app, spam our servers, or upload non-Quranic/inappropriate audio is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Mujawwad shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Beta application, including but not limited to any misunderstandings of Tajweed rules resulting from app feedback.

5. Future Modifications

As we transition from this Beta phase to a full release, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The full release of the app may include entirely different features, structures, or user account requirements.
